Two Architects. One Commitment

Together, we bring over thirty years of combined experience, planning and delivering some of the world's most complex built projects - FIFA World Cups, Commonwealth Games venues and major infrastructure across four continents. We know what rigorous planning looks like at scale. We know what happens when it goes wrong.

That career gave us a particular lens. But it was leaving it, that gave us the education we actually needed.

Six years ago we stepped away from conventional practice and built a regenerative homestead from scratch on one acre of coastal land in South Africa. We invested deeply in our own education - studying soil science, water retention, agroforestry, and land planning under some of the leading practitioners in their fields globally. That combination of formal learning and hands-on implementation gave us something rare: the theoretical foundation and the lived experience to know where they agree, and where reality is more complicated than the textbook.

Land Led is where both worlds meet. The planning rigour of large-scale architecture. The ecological intelligence of hands-on regenerative practice. Applied at the stage where it matters most - from the first land decision to the final blueprint.
