You have land. Now what? You still need to start at the beginning. Before anything goes on paper, we work with you to shape your idea into a concept that's financially grounded and matched to what your land can support. Then we read the land - its water, its ecology, its terrain, its potential - and translate everything into a regenerative project plan: a spatial story, a business model, and a strategic roadmap ready to build from.
In both cases, the work ends in the same place: a profitable regenerative stay with a blueprint ready to break ground.
How We Work
Most land consultants deliver a plan. We don't do that.
We work alongside founders. Our role is to help you make the right decisions with confidence, and to build your capacity to read the land and respond to it for the lifetime of the project.

Why We Do This
We are Shaan and Gonzalo. We've spent decades planning complex projects at scale. And we've spent years studying and implementing regenerative land practice under some of the leading practitioners in their fields globally.
What we kept seeing - from both sides - was the same gap. Founders with genuine vision and real capital, arriving at the most consequential decisions of their project without a methodology built for living systems.
We believe land-based hospitality at its best is an act of restoration, not extraction. That a retreat built with genuine ecological intelligence creates a better guest experience, a more resilient business, and a legacy worth leaving.
